Book Review: Give Me, a fairy tale by L.K. Rigel

Give Me, a fairy taleGive Me, a fairy tale by L.K. Rigel

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

An adult fairy tale about magic gone wrong.

A young witch tries to save two lovers in mortal danger, but her spell ends in disaster …

While touring a ruined castle in the west of England, Lilith Evergreen feels a sudden and overwhelming attraction to guide Cade Bausiney. Cade is instantly drawn to Lilith as well, but can he trust his feelings? Their desire might only be sparked by dark and dangerous magic.

Lilith and Cade must break the spell or be forever possessed by spirits who’ve waited a millennium to consummate their love.

My Thoughts:

I loved reading it. A bit of modern world mixed with historical romance drama with mixture of paranormal fairy tale. I liked the short read. It was a fast read but the story held so much potential that can still be made full if the author wants too. The book cover is gorgeous. The title suits right. The setting of the story was good and perfect. The characters were really interesting, as well as the story. I wish there was more though, the ending is such a cliff hanger. The story is great, I certainly enjoyed reading it. Thumbs up!

Thanks to my group at Goodreads: Paranormal Romance & Urban Fantasy Fanatics! for the “Read2Review” topic/program. Thank you for the author for providing the copy too! 🙂
